Disk Heat Dispersal System

This system is mainly composed of the twin screw press,screw heater,feed screw and disc heat disperser.Scatter consistency of 25~30% to meet the 30~150T/D output requirements.The system applies to all raw material for paper pulp processing,to high efficiently disperse and handle impurities such as gooey,oil paraffin,coarse inks to improve paper quality and paper properties.At present this system mostly is used for deinking pulp line.When handling of white waste paper (ONP,ICSU,OMG)for production of high-quality,high whiteness of the paper,Disk Heat Dispersal System is installed in the central process to effectively separate no pressure printing ink before washing and disperse ink and hot-melt impurities into small particles to facilitate the process of flotation and washing.
