This applies to the directly rough refining of straw,bagasse reed,wood,cotton stalk,shavings,wood,kenaf,acacia wood,shrubs and other raw materials and processes the raw materials into fiber silks staying(slender fibrosis).High consistency refining produces the fiber cut in line with the high consistency refiner to directly produce mechanical pulp of high yielding rate for production of yellow laminating,corrugated paper and cardboard paper and so on.There is no chemical needed in production process and no pollution,so it is a new kind of pulping equipment which meets the environmental requirements.If it is used before cooking,which can increase capacity,reduce the cooking time and reduce chemical usage.Or it could apply hot water immersion method with adding a small amount of chemicals without steam to make different standard semi-chemical pulp in line with high consistency refiner and seminal machine.
