ZDPH high consistency refiner applies strong feeding.It is applicable to chemical pulp,semi-chemical pulp,high-yield pulp of cold infusion and fiberboard material grinding.It has a big application scope for the pulp,no matter complex species or pulps with big difference in materials or residual scrap after wood processing,shavings,sawdust,slag and slurry reed films of cold infusion,rice and wheat grass,all of which can have higher rotational speed and the appropriate grinding unit gap to be separated into excellent fiber.Its advantages are:high consistency refining,little fiber cut,obvious effects of broom wire,high refining efficiently and low unit power consumption.
